The Scribe includes components made available under their own open-source licenses.
Windows 7.0.30 media helpers
This release uses FFmpeg 9.0.2, licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 or later. It runs as a separate program. The build uses unmodified FFmpeg source, with GPL, nonfree and external codec-library options disabled.

The archive includes the original FFmpeg release, MinGW runtime source, build script, configuration, license notices and binary checksums. The same source archive is included with the Windows application in its media-helper resources folder. It corresponds to the helpers in Windows 7.0.30, not earlier Windows packages.

This software includes code derived from the Independent JPEG Group. No FFmpeg source files were modified. MinGW-w64 and compiler runtime components retain their respective licenses and runtime exception, included in the archive.
Your component-license rights
The component licenses govern those components. The Scribe’s software terms do not override rights they grant to inspect, modify, rebuild, redistribute or reverse engineer the covered components. The source archive explains how to rebuild the helpers.
Other components
